Wildfire protection company sued for making false claims

The Los Angeles city attorney is teaming up with the Santa Barbara County district attorney in an enforcement action lawsuit seeking at least $5 million in civil penalties against Sunseeker Enterprises for making false claims regarding an exterior coating productwhich it claims will protect homes from wildfires.
