State Bar may renominate Moawad as top prosecutor

The former chief trial counsel withdrew his nomination from Senate consideration last year.

The State Bar has not ruled out re-nominating Steven Moawad for Senate confirmation as the agency's chief trial counsel even though he withdrew his nomination last year amid controversy.
