Judges appointed by Trump and Obama make opposite rulings
Two federal judges, one appointed by President Donald Trump in Washington D.C., and another appointed by President Barack Obama in San Francisco, issued opposite rulings on essentially the same immigration question.




Last November, Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. issued an extraordinary rebuke of President Donald Trump’s persistent criticism of the U.S. judiciary.
