Judge mulling whether state agencies must release attorney communications
A superior court judge said she will consider whether undisclosed communications between government agencies and their attorneys are privileged or not in a case that could determining whether a prior court decision on alleged cancerous effects of coffee or the rulings of state agencies carry the weight of law.
