Management company Hastings, Clayton & Tucker prevailed Monday in a dispute over feature performances by the singer Barry Manilow.
The company, represented by attorneys from Rosenfeld, Meyer & Susman LLP, won summary judgment in a federal copyright action centered around two of Manilow's properties: "Barry Manilow: Music and Passion Live from Las Vegas" and "Barry Manilow: Songs from the Seventies."
