9th Circuit issues workplace relations report
A committee established by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals charged with investigating workplace conditions released a report Tuesday outlining changes it has implemented following a 2017 sexual harassment scandal that mired the court in controversy.

Without referencing the alleged offending judge by name, the group said its investigation began "in response to revelations about workplace misconduct within" the court.
