Report: Law firms should do more to promote diverse attorneys

A new study shows more than 50 percent of senior in-house lawyers think firms can be doing more to promote their diverse attorneys.

Law firms could be doing more to make their diverse lawyers more visible to their clients, according to a new in-house counsel report.

The report, completed by continuing legal education provider In-House Focus, said 249 senior in-house lawyers were interviewed and 52 percent agreed law firms should be doing a better job of introducing diverse lawyers to their clients.
