Jury delivers defense verdict in Ferrari liability case

A federal court jury in Los Angeles put the brakes on a $9 million product liability suit against Ferrari North America Inc. after ruling one of its models did not contain a defective seatbelt as alleged by a driver who said he narrowly escaped death following an accident.

A federal jury put the brakes on a $9 million product liability suit against Ferrari North America Inc., ruling one of its models did not contain a defective seat belt as alleged by a driver who said he narrowly escaped death following an accident.
