Former players file fraud lawsuit against failed pro football league

Two former athletes from The Alliance of American Football have sued the league itself, along with CEO-Founder Charlie Ebersol and investor Thomas Dundon, accusing the league of fraud, unfair business practices, breach of contract/good faith and fair dealing.

Players filed a class action Wednesday against the recently shuttered Alliance of American Football league.

The complaint, filed in San Francisco County Superior Court, accuses Thomas Dundon, chairman of the league's board, of concealing his true intentions for the league.
