Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP attorney Travis M. Corby and Trauma Law Center attorney Karen Gold have secured more than $8.8 million in binding arbitration for a client who suffered brain damage while in the care of a drug rehabilitation facility.
"I hope this verdict shows that people with mental health problems or addiction are someone's children," said Lisa Peterson, the mother of plaintiff Zachary Peterson.
