Monster files amended complaint in longrunning case against rival
Monster Energy sues rival energy drink company over false advertising, unfair competition and trade libel
Monster Energy Co. is accusing Vital Pharmaceuticals Inc. of stealing trade secrets and interfering with Monster's contractual rights over retail shelf space, according to an amended complaint filed Wednesday in federal court. The amended complaint marks the latest episode in a legal battle between the companies.
