Judge says he is sending complaint against firm to State Bar
A superior court judge denied the plaintiff’s motion Wednesday to disqualify a defense attorney in a civil suit because of a sworn declaration the declarant testified he did not sign. But the judge said he would refer the matter to the State Bar for investigation.
