Senate confirms Trump’s fourth 9th Circuit pick

The U.S. Senate voted Tuesday to confirm President Donald J. Trump’s nominee to an Arizona seat on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the latest development in the White House’s effort to fill a backlog of vacant seats on a court with which the president has publicly butted heads.
