LOS ANGELES -- Michael J. Avenatti testified Friday that he continues to receive $35,000 each month from the plaintiff in a major class action jury verdict against the Kimberly-Clark Corp., one of several cases his creditors are focusing on as they seek to collect two judgments totaling nearly $15 million.
