A federal appeals court revived a potential class action suit against an online consumer credit company over claims it misrepresented its services to the public.


The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously reversed U.S. District Judge Manuel L. Real of Los Angeles on Friday and ruled that the plaintiff can proceed with his claim against Connecticut-based Freescore LLC.
