Disciplinary actions

Among lawyers disciplined recently, three were sanctioned because they had beendisciplined in other states, and five were disciplined in connection with criminal convictions.


Among lawyers disciplined recently by the state Supreme Court and the State Bar Court,
three were sanctioned because they had been disciplined in other states. One of them
was suspended for three years for misconduct decades ago as a federal prosecutor in
Washington, D.C., although he later became a prominent securities litigator in California.
Two others received probation.
