Cabraser was appointed to the Plaintiffs's Steering Committee representing businesses
and individuals harmed by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. A
federal judge approved the settlement for the class of plaintiffs who suffered economic
loss as a result of the disaster in December 2012.


Under the settlement, there is no cap on the contribution for BP.
