Obama Title IX investigations have not sparked private litigation
Due to a lack of lawyers and unfavorable case law, there have been few private lawsuits in response to the federal Education Department's aggressive probe into campus sexual assault policies.

at over 100 colleges and universities in the last year for compliance with the Title
IX anti-sex discrimination law.
The probes have sparked hand-wringing from schools who must rework procedures for
