Panel Lets Lawsuit Against Filmmakers Proceed

The filmmakers face renewed allegations that they infringed other creators' copyrights regarding the movie's top antagonist: a shape-shifting foe that maintains the same essence while changing faces - much like the filmmakers' opponents in court.
