Former Jurist Specialized in Family Law

LOS ANGELES - Retired Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Robert L. Brock, a 58-year veteran of the legal community, has died. Brock, who worked in later years as a neutral and as an assigned judge, died Sunday of a heart attack at his Beverly Hills home. He was 91.
