PUBLIC REPROVALS

Bradley D. Bayan, 42, Hayward (July 7) - Bayan received a public reproval following his misconduct and convictions for leaving an abusive and harassing telephone message with a relative in 2003, in May 2004, he was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs, in June 2004, he violated a restraining order and left a profane and harassing telephone message with a private investigator.
