A memorial service will take place later this month for Marc E. Jacobowitz, who specialized in transactional health law at Davis Wright Tremaine. Jacobowitz died in July after a long battle with cancer. He was 52.

Colleagues remembered him as a fastidious attorney and a diligent negotiator, who mastered the intricate details of whatever case he was working on.
