Judge sides with GoDaddy in cybersquatting suit

Judge Andre Birotte Jr. ruled Thursday that GoDaddy did not violate the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, ending five years of litigation with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.
