Playboy negligence suit against Sheppard Mullin could go to arbitrator

Judge Stephanie Bowick tentatively ruled the case should go to an arbitratior, but said she needed more time to study issue.

LOS ANGELES - A professional negligence lawsuit filed by Playboy Enterprises Inc.
against Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP looks to be headed to an arbitrator,
though a hearing on Thursday hardly settled the issue.
