Baker & Hostetler LLP switching to one-tiered partnership
Baker & Hostetler LLP announced Monday it will go through with its rumored switch to a one-tiered partnership, joining Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and DLA Piper, who have made the same change in recent years.

two-tiered partnership structure at the end of the year following a partnership vote
late last week.
