AT&T accused of retaliating against employees who take leave

Lawsuit filed in San Diego federal court on Thursday is part of legal strategy to show AT&T was systemically not complying with Family and Medical Leave Act.

AT&T Communications of California Inc. "determined that it costs less to break the
law than to follow the law" and so retaliated against employees who took time off
