Jones Day, Davis Polk handle $4.6B semiconductor deal

chipmaker Atmel Corp., a manufacturer focused on developing microcontrollers in an
array of consumer devices.


A Menlo Park team with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Dialog. A Palo Alto team
with Jones Day represented Atmel.
