New magistrate judge for Central District
Rozella Anne Oliver served as chief of the U.S. attorney's office general crimes section before succeeding Judge Ralph Zarefsky in the Western Division.

The U.S. District Court for the Central District swore in a new magistrate judge Friday.
Rozella Anne Oliver, former chief of the general crimes section of the U.S. attorney's
office, will sit in the court's Western Division, replacing the retired U.S. Magistrate
