Former LA presiding judge to be arraigned before OC Judge Goethals

Former Los Angeles County presiding judge James Bascue will be arraigned Sept. 4 in Orange County court in connection with a June shooting in which police said the retired jurist made an emergency call for help and then fired upon officers.
