SEC sides with plaintiff in whistleblower lawsuit

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a brief supporting the plaintiff in a Northern District lawsuit that accuses Hercules-based Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. of bribing government officials in Russia, Thailand, Vietnam, and China.
