Law firm must face suit from insurance company, state Supreme Court rules

In a complex fee fight involving a law firm's $15 million bill, the state Supreme Court on Monday reversed an appellate court ruling and will let an insurance company sue Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP for unjust enrichment.
