In an abrupt reversal of a surprise development, Norma Lozano will take her Confidentiality of Medical Information Act lawsuit against the Regents of the University of California to a Los Angeles jury.
On Thursday, one day after the case was tentatively settled, Lozano's lawyer J. Bernard Alexander said the settlement "fell apart," declining to further explain why.
