WASHINGTON - The U.S. Senate Monday confirmed on a 90-0 vote Lucy H. Koh as a federal district judge for the Northern District of California.
She will occupy the San Jose-based seat that opened in March 2009 when U.S. District Judge Ronald M. Whyte took senior status.
