Sonnenschein Merger Approved

Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and the London-based firm Denton Wilde Sapte formalized their merger Wednesday.

Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and the London-based firm Denton Wilde Sapte formalized their merger with a unanimous partnership vote Wednesday. The combined firm, SNR Denton, will launch Sept. 30. It will have more than 1,400 lawyers and staff in 18 countries, with anchor offices in New York and London. The merger was first announced May 26.
