9th Circuit Allows Ban on Day Laborers

The city of Redondo Beach can once again enforce an ordinance prohibiting day laborers from standing on streets and highways soliciting work.

The city of Redondo Beach can once again enforce an ordinance prohibiting day laborers from standing on streets and highways soliciting work, a divided 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel found Wednesday.
