The State Bar has named James Towery, a longtime trial attorney and former State Bar president -- its new chief trial counsel.
The State Bar has named James Towery, a longtime trial attorney and former State Bar president -- its new chief trial counsel. Towrey, who must be confirmed by the state senate, is a partner with Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel Inc. specializing in civil litigation. He was president of the state bar in the mid-1990s.
