Charity Seeks Millions from Estate
The estate of late Ameriquest Mortgage founder Roland Arnall is battling a charity over whether he pledged $18 million to fund construction of an Arnall Family Center in Los Angeles.

LOS ANGELES - The estate of late Ameriquest Mortgage founder Roland Arnall is locked in a battle with a Westwood-based charity over whether he promised it $18 million to fund construction of an Arnall Family Center in Los Angeles.
Chabad of California Inc. is seeking $17.5 million - the balance it claims it is due on Arnall's oral promise just before his death in March 2008.
