SAN FRANCISCO - Two condemned inmates on Wednesday filed a motion to intervene in a pending challenge to California's lethal injection procedure.
Represented by attorneys from San Francisco's Habeas Corpus Resource Center, San Quentin State Prison inmates Mitchell Sims and Stevie Fields want to make sure the state cannot move forward with their executions while the challenge is ongoing.
