High Court to Review Medi-Cal Cuts
The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to review a series of cases out of California where court injunctions blocked state officials from slashing funds for health care services to the poor, and other states are watching.

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to consider whether health care providers can sue to prevent California officials from slashing their reimbursement rates for treating low-income and disabled patients.
