Hotels' bid to block LA minimum wage ordinance rejected

A federal judge has denied an injunction seeking to block a Los Angeles city ordinance that raises minimum wage raise for employees of large hotels to more than $15 an hour.

A federal judge has denied an injunction seeking to block a Los Angeles city ordinance
that raises the minimum wage for employees of large hotels to more than $15 an hour.


The ordinance, passed in October, says hotels with more than 150 rooms must pay their
