Brown's revised budget adds some trial court funds

Gov. Jerry Brown awarded an extra $15.5 million from the General Fund to mitigate losses from uncollected court fines and fees statewide.

Gov. Jerry Brown's revised budget proposal Thursday allocates an additional $15.5
million to the trial courts for fiscal year 2015-16, an increase aimed at mitigating
an anticipated fall in revenue from court fines and fees, Judicial Council officials
