The California Judges Association's executive board elected Tehama County Superior Court Judge C. Todd Bottke to the organization's presidency Tuesday, replacing Los Angeles County Judge Eric C. Taylor.
Bottke served as one of the group's two vice presidents in the previous year. The CJA's executive board votes for a new president annually.
