Environmental and public health groups sued the Obama administration Tuesday - a month after his office reversed itself and refused to ratchet down smog pollution levels.

Environmental and public health groups sued the Obama administration Tuesday - a month after his office reversed itself and refused to ratchet down smog pollution levels.
The federal Environmental Protection Agency had previously vowed to set a stricter standard for smog-forming ozone. The about-face enraged groups including the American Lung Association and the Natural Resources Defense Council.
