California Lawyers Advise Pandora on IPO
Lawyers from Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC are counseling Pandora Media Inc. and its underwriters, respectively, in the online radio company's initial public offering.

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP corporate partner Martin A. Wellington is representing Pandora Media Inc. in its initial public offering, while Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC partners Jeffrey D. Saper and Michael Nordtvedt are counseling the underwriters. The Oakland-based online radio company filed its intention to go public Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
