A Sacramento County lawyer dinged by a federal judge for using stolen emails in cases involving two clients got no help from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday.
The federal appeals court ruled it does not have jurisdiction to decide an interlocutory appeal of a lower court's decision to disqualify the attorney, Robert E. Thurbon, for ethical violations.
