Former Halozyme general counsel heads to Seattle Genetics

Seattle Genetics Inc. announced Tuesday the appointment of a California lawyer as its new general counsel, executive vice president of legal affairs and corporate secretary.

Seattle Genetics Inc. announced Tuesday the appointment of a California lawyer as its new general counsel, executive vice president of legal affairs and corporate secretary.


Jean Liu replaced Kirk Schumacher, who retired after nearly 10 years at the biotechnology company. Liu will report to Seattle Genetics Inc. President and CEO Clay Siegall in Bothell, Wash.
