Broadcom in-house veteran to lead SanDisk legal department
SanDisk Corp. has filled its vacant chief legal officer spot with 14-year Broadcom Corp. veteran Mark Brazeal.

San Jose-based SanDisk Corp. announced Monday the appointment of a new senior vice president and chief legal officer.
Mark Brazeal fills a vacancy left by Eric Whitaker, who departed the memory card manufacturer in September to become the first chief legal officer for data storage company Nutanix Inc., which is also based in San Jose.
