China Eases Way for Increased Foreign Investment
LOS ANGELES - For foreign investors in China, it may be the year of the merger. New rules that make it easier for foreign companies to buy shares in listed Chinese companies could encourage a surge in mergers and acquisitions in the country, lawyers say.
