LOS ANGELES - After more than three decades of presiding over labor and employment hearings, Sara Adler has gained a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable arbitrators in Southern California.
Earlier this year, she was elected to serve as the next president of the prestigious National Academy of Arbitrators, a 620-member organization of her peers in the United States and Canada.
