"I've been around for a while and at this point in time, you start thinking about spreading some knowledge to some of the younger lawyers and so I hope to do some of that by helping the younger lawyers with issues and how to look at cases and talk to them about being persuasive and what you need to do as a lawyer," Leonard explained. "As lawyers all we sell is our time, our good name and our ability to persuade, so it's important that I get that across to young lawyers, whether they're working for Tyson & Mendes, or whether they're co-counsel or someone who's opposing counsel. It doesn't matter. It's still the same thing. We have to pass this on to the next generation."
